Easy Recipes Collection: Cheese Omelette with Tomatoes

Omelette is a great quick meal at any time of the day. Eggs are an excellent source of protein, helping our muscles to grow and repair and helping us to feel better.

  1. Place a small non-stick frying pan on a low heat to warm up.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the hot pan.
  3. Add 1 sliced tomato to the hot pan.
  4. Crack 2 eggs into a mixing bowl, add 0.5 cup of milk, season with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper, then beat well with a fork until fully combined.
  5. Carefully pour eggs in the pot. Use a spatula or spoon to swirl the eggs around the pan a little.
  6. When the omelette begins to cook and firm up, but still has a little raw egg on top, sprinkle over the cheese. Close the pan with a lid and cook 1 min.
